My name is Lubna Rahman, founder of Rehma Therapies.

I'm a private counsellor who practices in Carlisle, a small city in the north of England.

Below you can find a little bit about how I approach counselling as well as my qualifications and experience.

Rehma

Rehma, in Arabic, signifies compassion, mercy, and grace.

At Rehma Therapies, our primary mission is to cultivate a nurturing and non-judgmental space where clients are embraced with empathy and understanding.

In this supportive environment, individuals not only receive compassion from us but also embark on a journey of self-discovery, learning to extend that same compassion towards themselves.

Areas and Therapies

I specialise in the following areas:

  • Mental health
  • Post-traumatic stress
  • Relationships

  • Stress

  • Trauma

I offer these types of therapies:

Integrative Counselling

I offer integrative counselling, with a broadly humanistic stance, catering to my client's individual needs.

My passion is to help others find meaning and purpose in life, deal with their daily stressors, and become a better version of themselves.
